PV of “you may possibly crawl” fromschoolfood punishment’s sophomore effort entitled “air feel, color swim”. Unique thanks to One80 from Jpopsuki. I personally believe they are a fantastic band with a distinctive sound. They certainly deserve more recognition.

I’d give my heart to see them play…. Talent and passion with hard work, soaked with a unique sound…. They are my favorite and I have no clue what they are saying…
Its not the fact they are from japan or singing japanese (which I do believe sounds better than sung english for various reasons but thats besides the point), its the fact that the bassist, pianist, and drummer are absolutely amazing. If they were singing any other language I’d still love it. And I prefer lyrics I only half way understand to ones singing about sex, drugs, bitches, or the like. Just actually listen to whats the hit songs actually say and you will understand.
@resilientsky If people say Japanese music is superior to so and so, then let it be. It’s an opinionated statement that you can’t argue with. You ears for music will differ from others so some people may not find a direct western link to SFP’s music. But what you’re telling me doesn’t make sense. If Nas was born in Japan, it wouldn’t make a differnce to his music? I’m sure culture plays a big part in SFP’s music and every other artist out there. You should refrain commenting on flexible topics.
@resilientsky If they were born in Europe, America, Oceania I think it would make a difference. They wouldn’t be speaking Japanese and some people find the expressions or just the pure sound of the language to be eloquent and captivating. It sounds like you’re just annoyed by the fact that people say “I love Japan becase of so and so”. I think you’re missing the point. It’s not about JAPAN MAKING THIS TYPE OF MUSIC (in ref to your caps).
